Our Services & Models:

Ironrock IT offers two flexible ways to work with us — Retained Support for predictable, ongoing care, and On-Demand Support for when you just need help right now.
Both options are backed by the same commitment: direct, personal service from someone who knows your systems and your goals.

Retained IT Services

Perfect for businesses and churches who want peace of mind knowing their IT is handled month-to-month.
We act as your dedicated technology partner — available after hours and on weekends when disruptions are least likely to affect your operations.

What’s included:

  • Scheduled maintenance & updates

  • Ongoing system monitoring

  • Priority response & troubleshooting

  • Cybersecurity Training

  • Website & domain management

  • Regular planning and IT consultations

On-Demand & Project-Based Services

Ideal for organizations who don’t need regular IT support but still want expert help for specific needs or emergencies.
No contract, no ongoing commitment — just straightforward assistance when you need it.

Common requests:

  • Office IT setup & network configuration

  • Remote work enablement (VPNs, secure access)

  • Website fixes & domain troubleshooting

  • Cybersecurity training

  • One-time tech consultation & recommendations

Whether retained or on-demand, you always work directly with the owner — no call centers, no outsourcing.

Notice: Ironrock IT operates primarily outside of standard business hours. Regular service availability is weekdays from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. (*Schedule may Vary due to Schedule and Priority) Support requested outside these times may be accommodated based on urgency and availability.
